In order to focus better on which NMs we need to hunt more than others we need to know which jobs people are focusing on more. We understand that some people have more jobs they want to work on but with an extensive list of members and jobs it is simply to big of an undertaking to get all of everyone's jobs fully equipped.

With that said the priority for jobs will decide who lots what seals and +2 items first. When everyone who has that item complete for their +1/+2 is done then the people who need it for their secondary will be able to lot.

This also goes for certain items we may get that work better for one job than another or are job specific.

Example:
Hecate's Earring would be prioritized to BLM, SCH, RDM because they would use it more often.

Also please do not change your priority jobs once you believe you have gained everything you needed for one job as this would be unfair to others.

Also:

Whatever job we require you on the most has no effect on which items you are capable of lotting.

Example:

If we require you on White Mage more than another job, but someone else we require on Ninja has White Mage as main priority, you will not be allowed to lot before them on White Mage items because it is still THEIR main job. I hope that doesn't sound too confusing.
